COVID Safety

 Hello Raw Followers

We are happy to announce we will be taking some limited appointments at Vamp starting Saturday, June 6th, and we have some news to share before we get to see all of your lovely faces! We will continue to provide the safe and hygienic environment that you are accustomed to, but have a few adjustments for our ‘new normal’. Thank you for your patience and love as we try to navigate this new Raw chapter. 

There has been some new stipulations implemented lately to keep us and our community safe and healthy. Please be sure to read them before booking appointments:

1. Please stay home if you are not feeling well or have travelled within the last 14 days. We are waving all cancellation fees at this time, so please help us keep all of our clients and coworkers safe. We are no longer offering walk in clients and are strictly by appointment only. 
2. All clients will be required to use hand sanitizer when both arriving and departing. 
3. Please arrive on time for your appointment and not early, as you will have to wait outside until we call you in. This allows us proper social distancing and extra time to sanitize between appointments 
4. We are both required to wear masks during your appointment. We at Raw will have reusable cloth masks and ask that you bring a mask for yourself as well.  We will sell you a disposable mask for $1 cost if you do not have your own.  
5. Because of this new mask rule we are unfortunately no longer offering upper lip/chin services at this time. 
6. Please refrain from bringing additional friends, children or fur babies into the salon. The waiting area is closed and the hallway and treatment room are very confined spaces. We need to reduce traffic and respect the needs of other staff working in the salon with their clients. 
7. Unfortunately, as hard as it is for Raw beings such as us, no hugging or handshakes for now.
